If you’re thinking of parting with some LEGO® and wondering if we’d be interested, the best thing to do is drop us an email at hello@incredibricks.com with as much detail as possible. We’ll review what you send and get back to you promptly.

To help us evaluate your LEGO® sets quickly and accurately, here are a few key things to include in your message:

Details of the set

Let us know which set (or sets) you’re offering.

Be sure to include the LEGO® set number as well as a name/description. Each set has a numerical ID assigned, normally 5 digits long, e.g. LEGO® 10334 - Retro Radio.

There are often multiple versions of the same set—some even with identical names—so the number helps us provide an accurate valuation.

Condition of the set

Let us know the current state of the set:

• Brand new and sealed?
• Opened but partially built?
• Fully built and either disassembled or still assembled?

The more detail you can provide, the better we can assess its value and usability.

Is the set complete?

• Do you have all the original pieces – including spare parts?
• Are the instruction manuals included?
• Do you still have the original box and bags?
• If pieces are missing, is it just a few, or a significant portion of the set?

Don’t worry if it’s not perfect – we’ll still consider sets that are incomplete or a bit worn.

Timing

Let us know how soon you're hoping to sell. Are you clearing space today, or just exploring your options?

Your price expectation

If you have a figure in mind, include it! It helps set expectations from the start. If we feel your price and our valuation are far apart, we’ll let you know rather than waste anyone’s time.

Photos help too!

Including a few photos of the set (or sets) you’re offering is always appreciated. A quick picture of the built model, the box, or the instruction manual can make a big difference.

Once we receive your email, we’ll review the details and get back to you with our thoughts. We appreciate every offer and will do our best to make the process smooth and fair.
