We totally get it—renting LEGO® might be a new experience for you. That’s why we’ve made it completely risk-free to give us a try.

If you rent your first set and decide it’s not what you expected, or just doesn’t fit your lifestyle, then don’t worry — we offer a full money-back guarantee on your first rental. So if you’re not happy, just let us know (by email to hello@incredibricks.com is best!); no hard feelings, and no hoops to jump through.

Our goal is to make building LEGO® more fun, flexible, and affordable—without locking you into anything you’re unsure about. So if you're curious but hesitant, know that you can try us out with confidence.

We love your ambition — the big builds are where the real magic happens!

Yes, you can rent our higher-value and larger LEGO® sets right from day one. To help keep these sets in great condition for everyone, we ask for a small refundable security deposit depending on the range you’d like to explore:

• £50 deposit for our Builder sets
• £100 deposit for our Master sets

Our postage & packaging fee (P&P) covers both delivery to your door and the return trip, so what can you expect to pay?

P&P varies depending on the size and value of the set you’re renting.

For single sets, prices start from £4.95. This is only paid once per rental.

The P&P is shown on the order form for each set:

If you’re receiving multiple sets we’ll usually combine them into one package to save on shipping. Even if the box is a bit bigger, it’s often cheaper than sending items separately.

Please note: large orders may be sent via Signed delivery, requiring a signature be provided on receipt of the package.

Is P&P included in the subscription price?

No — and that’s a good thing.

Keeping P&P separate means you only pay for what you use. If we included shipping in the subscription fee, we’d have to raise prices across the board to cover all scenarios — even for months when you rent fewer sets (say, during holidays or when renting a particularly large set).

So, separating it out actually works out cheaper on average.

Do you profit from shipping fees?

Nope — quite the opposite! On average, we lose £1–£4 per rental on shipping (and that’s despite charging P&P!) but we’re okay with that if it means more sets get built and enjoyed 😎

• How can I return my package using Royal Mail?

For the more casual builders among us, a subscription might feel like too much commitment — but don’t worry! You can still enjoy our complete library at your own pace.

No one should miss out on the chance to build incredible LEGO® sets, so if you only have time for the occasional build then our Pay-As-You-Go option is perfect for you. It lets you rent a set on a one-off basis — to enjoy for as long as you like — with no long-term commitment once you return it.
