By using incredibricks you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United Kingdom to use incredibricks. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilise the service, they must only do so under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Some LEGO® sets contain small parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children under 3 years of age.
incredibricks does not sell, rent, or share member information with third parties for external marketing purposes. We may use member information internally for marketing purposes related to incredibricks services, promotions, and updates. Rest assured, we prioritize the privacy and security of your information.
Legendary sets are typically those of a certain size, rarity, and/or value.
New customers must first rent three non-legendary sets, without encountering issues, before access to legendary sets will be unlocked.
Access to legendary sets will remain unlocked providing you continue to use incredibricks on a regular. This typically means renting a set of any level within any 3-month period.
Before renting, please familiarise yourself with the Delivery and Returns process (detailed below) to ensure you are capable of safely receiving and subsequently shipping back the set.
Available to UK residents only. Delivery and collection address must be based in the UK.
Unless otherwise indicated, all sets are rented on a recurring weekly basis.
An initial payment will be taken at the time the order is placed which comprises your first weeks rental and any shipping charges. Subsequent recurring payments will not begin until the order has been processed and dispatched, which may not be the same day. Recurring payments will be charged at the start of each new weekly period.
After payment has been taken, we will endeavour to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible; however, this process may take up to 10 working days. If we: a) exceed that time, or b) don’t believe we will be able to fulfil your order in that time, we will contact you to discuss if you would like to continue waiting, order an alternative set, or request a refund.
We will automatically deduct from the payment method we have on file for you. It is your responsibility to ensure this remains up-to-date and with sufficient balance. In the event of non-payment, whatever the reason, you will be contacted to arrange alternative methods of payment. Failure to act and penalties may apply, please see the Penalties section.
We DO NOT include a paper copy of the instruction booklet as standard. Unlike LEGO® pieces, instruction booklets are significantly more susceptible to wear-and-tear, cannot be easily cleaned, and are more difficult to replace.
Instead, we encourage the use of digital copies of the instructions. We will provide steps on how to access the digital instructions along with each set, but the most common methods are:
You may request a paper copy of the instruction booklet for an additional fee, please see the Optional Extras section. We cannot guarantee that these will be available, in which case your only option will be to use a digital copy; you will be informed of this before committing to your rental.
In the rare event that digital copies are not available via any of the above methods then a paper copy will be included free-of-charge.
Many sets will contain just one reusable bag with all pieces inside. Some may be printed with one or more numbers, usually corresponding with the original bagging sequence in the LEGO® instructions. Others may contain a particular section of a set, identified by a name and/or picture.
If you would like a paper copy of the instructions then this may be available for an additional fee on top of the listed set price.
Please treat paper instructions with the upmost care and return them along with the rented sets.
You may rent trays from us for an additional weekly fee on top of the listed set price. These can be used to sort your pieces and aid in the build process. They are also useful for keeping pieces together, reducing the chance of losses.
Please treat the trays with the same care as the LEGO® pieces and return them along with the rented sets.
Occasionally you may receive a “Bonus Build”: a small set, or part of a larger set, for you to enjoy alongside your requested set.
There is no charge to receive these, however their inclusion is not guaranteed nor can they be requested. Bonus Builds are always selected at random.
Bonus Builds DO NOT come with paper instructions even if you have paid extra to borrow the paper instruction booklet for your rented set, so digital ones must always be used.
Please treat these with the same care as the set you have rented and return along with your rented set.
You may optionally choose to add “insurance” to your rental. This is applied as an additional weekly fee on top of the listed set price. Adding insurance will cover you for the first £10 should there be any penalties applied at the end of your rental period, for example due to lost or damaged pieces.
If the penalties applied exceed £10 then you will still be liable to cover the remaining amount.
You must choose to add insurance during checkout when renting a set; it cannot be added later.
Initially, you may only rent one set at a time. When permitted to rent more than one set at a time, you may only reserve/rent one set from each tier, up to a maximum of three sets.
There is no special treatment if multiple sets are borrowed at the same time.
Sets will be cleaned periodically to maintain high levels of hygiene, however this is not guaranteed between rentals. We will also inspect sets on return and schedule a clean earlier if required.
We do our best to ensure all LEGO® sets are in good condition before we send them to you. Please remember that these sets have been checked out by other users, and there may be general wear and tear on the pieces. We strive to always provide a high-quality product. If you notice any damaged or missing pieces when you get your set, please let us know immediately. Failure to notify us of missing or damaged pieces may lead you to be liable for replacement, see Penalties, Charges, and Collections.
Sets may be rented out with some pieces pre-assembled. This is often the case with parts that, while technically can be disassembled, are not really designed for repeated reassembly like a traditional LEGO® brick. An example of this would be window panes within window frames. If we believe the quantity of pre-assembled pieces in a given set is likely to affect your enjoyment, we will endeavour to inform you of this before you commit to your rental; however, this is not guaranteed.
Unless specifically indicated, we make no guarantee that all pieces are present, damage-free, or clean, when renting a set. We will continue to rent out a set in the knowledge that pieces are missing and/or have been substituted with similar pieces to allow you to build the set to completion. This is usually the case when there are difficulties or delays sourcing replacement parts. We are not able to provide details of this in advance. We will never knowingly rent out a set that cannot be built through to completion and played with despite the missing parts. Any substituted pieces must be returned along with the rest of the set; you can refer to your booking details for the list of missing/substituted pieces.
A rental will only be considered completed, and therefore no further payment taken, once the set has arrived back in our hands.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Reserving a set through our website will record which set you wish to rent, any optional extras you have chosen, and your personal details, and place you in a queue alongside other members also interested in that set. No payment is taken at this stage.
When you are next in the queue to rent a set, you will be emailed to let you know that the set is available along with a link to make your initial payment. You will have 24 hours to make the payment or it will be offered to the next member in the queue. If you need to make any changes to your preferences please let us know and we will amend the payment link accordingly. You may also contact us to let us know you wish to be “skipped over”, for example because of an upcoming holiday, at which point we will offer to the next member in the queue and you will be offered the set again once they have returned it. Repeated “skips” may see you removed from the queue entirely.
You may request to reserve more than one set at once, but please note that you may only rent one set a time. If you have reserved multiple sets, the order that you reserved them will generally be followed, but other members may jump above you in the queue if you are unable to continue with a reservation.
Sets will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will endeavour to ship sets as early as possible after your initial payment has been made, normally within 1-2 business days, but may occasionally be longer.
It is your resposibility to make us aware beforehand if there are any special instructions that may affect the delivery. You must also ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. This includes if you make adjustments to your delivery preferences via the Royal Mail tracking system. Failure to provide clear and accurate delivery details that results in the package becoming lost or damaged will lead to charges being applied, please see the Penalties, Charges, and Collections section.
Along with your address, your name and email address will be shared with Royal Mail so that you can receive tracking updates and make adjustments to the delivery as required, for example to arrange a different delivery date.
As standard, Royal Mail will expect someone be present to receive the package. When you receive your Royal Mail tracking number you may be presented with the option to arrange an alternative delivery method, for example to have the package left with a neighbour, or in a porch. While you may choose to take advantage of these options, please note that any damage or losses, including theft, that occurs as a result of not personally receiving the package will lead to charges being applied, please see the Penalties, Charges, and Collections section.
Delivery by hand will take place within the Alton, Hampshire area (indicated by the circle on this map) at a prearranged time to ensure someone can directly receive the package. Hand delivery outside this area will be at the discretion of incredibricks.
Sets will be delivered in a reusable cardboard box and, if by mail/courier, a plastic mailing bag.
Please treat the cardboard box with the same care as the set as we will reuse these multiple times to reduce our environmental impact.
We also encourage taking care when opening the mailer bag as this can often be reused to return the set. We require all returns made by mail/courier be in a sealed plastic bag that is securely taped shut; please see our Returns section for more details.
When ready to return, please email support@incredibricks.com and we will send you a digital prepaid Royal Mail label.
We do not include a printed return slip along with your rental, so you have a few choices available to you (may vary based upon location):
If you do decide to print and affix the shipping label yourself, please ensure it is securely attached and clearly displayed. If you are reusing any packaging, for example our mailer bag, please ensure that any previous shipping labels are either fully removed or fully covered up.
All LEGO® pieces must be placed inside the reusable ziplock bags and zipped closed, which in turn must then be placed inside the cardboard box along with any instruction booklets, trays, and/or other items that were rented, and the box folded closed.
All returns by mail/courier must then be placed inside a further mailer bag (or similarly tough bag) which is securely sealed to ensure there are no holes. To reduce waste as much as possible, we recommend being careful to open the mailer bag we send to you so that it may be used again when returning the set. It is usually possible to cut or carefully tear open the mailer bags ensuring it is suitable for a second use; if in doubt, apply tape liberally 😉
When ready to return, please email support@incredibricks.com to arrange collection.
Please dismantle your set down to individual pieces and place back inside the reusable bags provided. Do not force pieces apart; if in doubt we’d rather pieces returned still connected rather than broken during dismantling.
Occasionally we will ask upfront that you do not dismantle certain pieces due to their fragility (usually they will have come pre-assembled when you received the set); please refer to your booking details for information on what parts to leave assembled.
Please endeavour to dismantle and sort sets back into the reusable bags in the same way they were received. Failure to do so may see you accidently charged a penalty for missing pieces if they aren’t where we expect them.
You can optionally choose to return sets without dismantling and we will do this for you. You do not need to decide this upfront; you can choose this at the point of return/we will determine this based upon the condition of the returned set.
Even if you wish to take advantage of this service, please dismantle sets sufficiently to fit inside the reusable bags, box, and mailing bag. This helps avoid pieces becoming lost in transit.
The cost of this service varies depending on the tier of the borrowed set and is equal in price to the standard weekly rate for that set, before any promotions or discounts have been applied. For example, if borrowing a set priced at £4.99 per week, the dismantling service would cost £4.99.
There are no refunds for returning a set early, either in the first two weeks, or part-way through a billing cycle (e.g. week).
The cancellation of a rental happens automatically when you have returned a set and it has been checked over. After this, your rental will be considered complete and automatically cancelled to ensure no further payments are taken. If you have more than one set borrowed, payments may still be taken until all sets have been returned and checked. It is not possible for you to cancel a recurring payments manually.
Upon return we will check sets for any lost, damaged, or dirty pieces and then, once we’re happy, you will be able to start renting the next set.
We are generally aware of which pieces may be missing from any given set following our post-rental checks. If, during a build, you believe a piece is missing then we encourage you to report it, even if you later find said piece (it may have been caught up in another bag, for example). You can do this via email to support@incredibricks.com.
Failure to notify us of missing or damaged pieces may lead you to be liable for replacement, see Penalties, Charges, and Collections.
We will not generally send out replacement parts if they are not preventing the overall completion of the build. Even if a piece is discovered missing at a critical part of the build, it is usually possible to substitute a similar or identical piece from another part of the build that is less important. What remedies are suggested, and actions taken, will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Please do not substitute any missing pieces with pieces from your own collection; if they are sent back to us when you return the set, we will not be able to return them to you.
In all cases, communicating with us early will allow us to apply the most leniency possible, up to and including no penalties at all.
Please note that if you have any pending enquiries or outstanding penalties you will not be able to rent any more sets until they are resolved. Serious and/or repeat offences may see you permanently banned from using incredibricks.
We hope you will treat all our sets as if they were your own. If, upon return of a LEGO® set, it is determined that certain parts are missing or lost, the following policy will apply:
In the event that a LEGO® set is returned with damage, the following policy will be enforced:
We would encourage you to construct your sets in a clean and clear environment but understand that occasionally accidents may happen that result in the set becoming dirty, such as a spilled drink.
If the set is dirtied, beyond general handling of it, please do not try to clean the sets yourselves as the pieces, particularly those with stickers or graphics printed onto them, can be easily damaged by certain chemicals. Pat dry, not rub, any wet pieces, and then place all dirty pieces along with some kitchen paper in a bag separate from clean pieces.
Let us know and we will ensure a thorough clean can take place when the set is returned to us. If only a small number of pieces are slightly dirty (approx. 20 grams total weight), then it is likely no penalties will be applied. If a significant number of pieces are dirty, the dirt is difficult to remove, any stickers/graphics have been compromised, or there is a suggestion that cleaning has been attempted, then our Damage policy will apply.
Instruction booklets are particularly susceptible to damage, so we encourage care be taken if choosing to rent these along with the set. Penalties may arise from, but are not limited to: ripped/torn/missing pages, folding pages/corners, bending back the spine, soiling of the booklet.
In the event of lost or broken booklets we will first attempt to source a replacement copy and the costs forwarded on accordingly. In some cases these parts cannot be replaced, in this case you will be charged the full replacement value of the whole set.
Lost or broken trays will result in a £5 replacement charge being applied. Please take care of these in the same way as you would the LEGO® pieces.
Lost or damaged bags will result in a £5 replacement charge being applied. Please take care of these in the same way as you would the LEGO® pieces.
Loss or damage to Bonus Builds will result in penalties applied in the same way as the set which is being borrowed.
If the set is returned with a significant portion still assembled, usually around 10%, and you have not informed us of a reason (e.g. pieces were difficult to separate) then it will generally be assumed you would like us to dismantle the set for you. The costs for this are detailed in the Dismantling Service section, and will be charged separately to the customer’s payment method on file or the renter will be sent an invoice to cover these fees.
An additional fee will be applied alongside any penalties to cover the administrative costs of determining and resolving penalties. The administrative fee stands at £5 per 15 minutes and will be charged separately to the customer’s payment method on file or the renter will be sent an invoice to cover these fees.
Payments will be taken automatically according to the billing schedule until the set has been returned and the rental considered complete, or in accordance with any penalties that have arisen. In the event of non-payment at any point, or failure to return set after cancelling payments, you will be contacted to discuss alternative methods of payment. After 14 days of non-payment or contact, your rental will be considered defaulted and you will be issued with an invoice for the following: 1) the outstanding balance of your rental, 2) the retail value of the set, 3) a £100 admin fee. If payment or contact is still not made then your details and the outstanding invoice will be passed to a debt collection agency for recovery, which may incur further fees for which you will be liable to cover.
We offer a money-back guarantee to new members who are not completely satisfied with our service. This guarantee applies only to your first order or initial subscription payment and is subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a refund, you must be a new member who has rented no more than one set from us. Members who have previously used any part of our service, or who reside in the same household as someone who has, are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
For members on a subscription plan, we will refund your first month’s payment, which refers to your initial subscription fee. To receive a refund, you must have returned all sets and submitted a request before your next billing cycle begins. Once the second payment is taken, you will no longer be eligible for any refund, regardless of whether or not you have used the service during that time.
For Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) rentals, you may request a refund for up to four weeks of rental, provided the request is made within 30 days of returning the set. If you keep a set for more than four weeks, or if the refund request is submitted after the 30-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In all cases, renting a second or subsequent set at any time will make you ineligible for a refund, even if the request would otherwise meet the above criteria.
Please note that any postage and packaging fees paid in connection with a subscription or PAYG rental are non-refundable.
Occasionally we will review our prices and adjust them accordingly. This may take place at any time and the effects applied immediately throughout our website and marketing.
If you are borrowing a set when a price change occurs the agreed price will remain fixed for a minimum of 30 days, after which it will update to align itself with the new price. If you do not wish to pay the new price, please ensure sets are returned within this 30 day period.
Refunds are offered entirely at the discretion of incredibricks and all decisions are final.
If a refund is offered, either in part or in full, this will always exclude the non-refundable postage fees included in the price of borrowing a set. This is set at £6.99 for standard orders; it may be higher for shipping that was larger than normal, expedited, required additional insurance, etc.
All refunds will be made back to the original method on file.
Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods or services the price of which being equal to or lower than the balance or value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used as a complete or partial payment. If a transaction exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance or value, the remaining amount must be paid with another method of payment. If any item purchased with Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing to you will be refunded via the form of Gift Card originally used for such purchase.
When using a gift card to rent a set, alternative payment details must still be provided, even if the available balance on the gift card covers the full cost of the transaction. If a gift card is used to initiate a rental, we will continue to deduct from your gift card balance until you either return the set or the funds are depleted. If the gift card balance is depleted then we will automatically fall back to using the stored card details.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. They cannot be resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Card is not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
incredibricks shall not be liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Gift Cards, or if Gift Card is used without your permission. incredibricks is unable to replace Gift Tender if lost or stolen.
incredibricks reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card (and to take alternative forms of payment) which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
By purchasing, using or accepting Gift Card you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. incredibricks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of Gift Tender, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
There are no limitations on how many times a Gift Card can be used (until the balance is £0.00). If you do not spend the entire balance on a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. Gift Card balance can be viewed via our website.
All promotions, competitions, and reward schemes may be subject to change or cancellation at a moments notice.
Unless otherwise specified, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.
All decisions concerning the eligibility, criteria, or details of any promotion, competition, or reward scheme, and the chosen outcome (that may or may not affect you directly) are entirely at incredibricks discretion.

We will gladly accept a number of photos, including partially built sets, those without people in the photo, and those without our sign. Only one needs to contain all of the above requirements to qualify for the reward.
Only 1 qualifying photo will receive the reward per build, even if other photos you send us of the same build also meet all of the requirements. Similarly, only 1 qualifying photo will receive the reward per month (30 days), even if you send in photos from other sets photos that also meet all of the requirements.
Regardless of whether you qualify for the reward or not, by sending us your photos you give us the right to use them on our website, social media, inserts, and any other promotional material of our chooesing.
It is not possible to exchange the reward and there is no cash equivalent.

Members must sign up between 14th July 2025 00:01 BST and 20th July 2025 23:59 BST.
This promotion is open to new members only. Existing or ex-subscribers are not elligible. Members who have only ever used the PAYG pricing model may take advantage of this deal.
Full payment is required to sign up. 2 weeks are added onto the end of the first billing period. Cancellation before the next billing period will not see any refund or partial refunded to account for the 2 weeks free.
After the first month plus 2 additional weeks, the next billing cycle will continue as normal and regular monthly payments will begin.
This competition gives entrants the chance to win the equivalent of £44.97 worth of incredibricks credit, specifically intended for use toward 3 months of the Builder plan subscription (3 × £14.99). The prize cannot be exchanged and there is no cash equivalent.
The competition is open to UK residents only.
To enter, entrants must perform ALL of the following steps on either social media platform. Completion of all steps for each platform is equivalent to 1 entry.
Additional entries can also be earned by performing ANY of the following steps:
The closing date will be on Sunday 18th May at 23:59 BST.
The winner will be chosen at random within 21 days of the closing date using a 3rd-party random number generator. The winner will be announced only on our official Facebook and Instagram channels (@incbricks) and via Direct Message on the respective platform. Entrants should be wary of scam accounts attempting to impersonate us.
Credit or debit card details must be provided in order to use the service and take advantage of the prize. A nominal fee may be charged during this process which will be refunded within 7 working days.
The winner will must accept and begin their subscription within 30 days of being announced. Failure to do so, or they cannot be contacted/do not respond to attempts to contact, and they will forfeit their win and the prize may be redrawn.
The Builder plan subscription allows for the borrowing of an unlimited number of sets within any given subscription period (i.e. 1 month). One set may be rented at any given time.
New members must either: a) pay a small refundable security deposit and complete an Apprentice Peiod (2 months of renting ‘Hobby’ level sets), or b) pay an enhanced refundable security deposit (£75); in order to unlock access to all sets within the Builder range. If the winner is already an active subscriber, the credit amount (£44.97) will be added to their account beginning from their next billing period.
Postage & packaging is an additional cost and not factored into the prize figure. On request from the winner, the prize credit can be used toward the cost of the postage & packaging as well, but this will result in less than 3 months of subscription being possible without top-up from another payment method.
Credit will expire after 6 months. Any unused credit will not be refunded.
Cancelling a subscription funded by prize credit will see all remaining credit immediately expire.
If the subscription is not cancelled, before the 3 month period, or if credit was used up in other ways (e.g. postage & packaging) then charges will be made to the card on file.
The competition is being run jointly on Facebook and Instagram; only one winner will be picked from entrants on either social media platform. Facebook, Instagram, or their parent company Meta, in no way sponsor, endorse, administer, or are associated with this.
Any abuse of the service or terms broken and prize will be revoked and no alternative offered.
