If you’ve rented a set on pay-as-you-go and paid a security deposit, assuming we’ve check the set over and everything is in good order then there are a couple of ways your security deposit may be returned to you:
Unless you’ve requested it, we don’t immediately return your security deposit as soon as the set is returned and inspected.
The reason for this is because quite often members will choose to rent another set. Rather than continually having to request and return deposits, instead we hold onto it and therefore don’t need to request again when fulfilling follow-up orders.
In either case, please note that processing the return of any security deposits can only be completed during standard working hours and may take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account.
