Supporting your building journey

Help & Support

I’ve finished with my set, what now?

Great work with your build! Now comes the tough part: sending it back again 😭

🛑 STOP 🛑

Before you take anything apart… make sure you take some photos to remember your build by. Much better to take a few snaps now than decide to when it’s just a pile of bricks again!

We’d love to see your pics too and share them with the rest of the community!

1. Dismantle back into zipped bags

Each set will differ in the number of bags we’ve used and how pieces are separated.

Sometimes a set will arrive in just one bag, in which case all pieces simply go back inside that.

For sets spread across multiple bags, each one will be stickered with a picture and description of the contents. Please try your best to get pieces back in their correct bags as this makes it faster for us to check and means we can get the next set out to you quicker!

⚠️ Caution: dismantling is when pieces are most likely to go missing, so take your time and use the trays provided to help keep everything contained.

2. Box it, bag it, seal it

Once all pieces are back inside the zipped bags then it’s time to get everything back inside the padded envelope (aka Jiffy™ bag) or box that it came in.

Remember to pack away all trays, instruction booklets, information cards… and of course those all important bricks!

If you’ve received a box, close it up and then place back inside the mailer bag. If you received a padded evelope then there’s no extra mailer bag to worry about.

And now the most important bit of all: TAPE!!!

You can never have too much tape, so go wild and make sure your padded envelope or mailer bag is completely sealed up to ensure there’s zero chance of it anything falling out in transit.

3. Request your pre-paid return slip

Once you’re package is all prepared and ready for shipping you can then request your pre-paid return slip. Drop an email to hello@incredibricks.com and we’ll arrange this for you.

Royal Mail™ offer a range of options when it comes to sending parcels, so you should have no problem finding a service to suit you.
