How can I return my package using Royal Mail?

Last reviewed: 5th May 2025

Royal Mail provide a number of options to help you return your set to us, including:

  • Parcel Lockers
  • Post Offices
  • Collect+
  • Delivery Offices
  • Parcel Collect

The services available to you will vary based upon your location and also if you are able to print your return slip at home or need it to be printed for you.

Please ensure you request a proof of posting when sending the parcel back (keep it safe somewhere!) otherwise you may become liable for any problems in transit and which we are unable to make a successful compensation claim against Royal Mail. This will usually come in the form of a paper receipt, but may be another format or digital copy depending on the services used. Although technically possible, we strongly advise against using Royal Mail Parcel Boxes for this reason and instead favour brick-and-mortar options such as a Post Office or Delivery Office.

For the most up to date information about the options available to you, please visit the Royal Mail website

Please note, the basic cost of your return shipping will be pre-paid for you. However, some services with Royal Mail may require an additional fee, for example Parcel Collect. You may choose to take advantage of one of these options, but any associated costs will not be covered by incredibricks.
