We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously at incredibricks, and every LEGO® set is carefully checked and cleaned to ensure it arrives in great condition and ready for you to enjoy.

Here’s how we keep our sets clean:

• Inspections on return
  Every set is carefully inspected for dirt, dust, or residue when it’s returned. If anything is spotted, the entire set automatically goes through a full deep clean.
• Scheduled deep cleans
  Regardless of appearance, all sets are deep cleaned regularly—roughly every 3-5 rentals—to keep them looking tip-top.
• Optional pre-shipment cleaning
  Want extra peace of mind? You can request a cleaning before we ship your set. This may cause a short delay, and a small additional charge may apply.

If you ever feel a set you’ve received isn’t as clean as you’d expect, let us know and we’ll make sure it gets thoroughly checked over and cleaned before it heads out again.
